SUPEHR23 conference - Call for abstracts

Our LOLABAT partner University of Genoa is organizing a conference on advanced systems for energy management. The “SUstainable PolyEnergy generation and HaRvesting – SUPEHR 2023” Conference will be held on on 6th -8th September 2023, in Savona (Italy).

The Conference will provide an unprecedented opportunity for the academic and industrial communities to meet in a highly interdisciplinary environment, to investigate new ideas, to share innovative solutions, and to discuss future research directions in the area of energy storage, battery system/technology and coupling in power plants and hybrid systems and of polygeneration.

SUPEHR will co-locate three complementary events on specific days:

·       6th September - ELECTROCHEMICAL AND ALTERNATIVE ENERGY STORAGE

·       7th September - THERMAL AND ELECTRICAL HYBRID SYSTEMS – SUSTAINABLE POWER PLANTS

·       8th September - ENERGY MICROPOLYGENERATION AND HARVESTING

Experts, keynote speakers and technical presenters will discuss the most promising technologies about:

 Microturbines and small turbomachinery

  • Renewable power sources and storage integration

  • Fuel cell gas turbine hybrid systems

  • Hybrid power generation and storage

  • Li-ion and alternatives for battery stationary storage

  • Zn-based Batteries

  • Other energy storage

  • Smart grid and polygeneration

The SUPEHR website is now open for uploading of abstracts.

The authors can decide to choose to submit to the conference an oral presentation or a technical paper (max 6 pages).

Proceedings are foreseen to be indexed by Scopus and technical papers will be published full Open Access.

Selected papers will be also further recommended for publication, in a more detailed version (8-9 pages), in a special issue of prestigious International journals.
